Returns Accepted for 10 Days

While CleverWineOnline takes every precaution to ensure your order is packaged properly and arrives safely, CleverWineOnline is NOT responsible for leaks in transit. Bottles are meant to be upright and in order to ship they are laid down flat. Leaks are a manufacturer defect and not our responsibility. Without shipping insurance, customer assumes ALL risk.

All orders are shipped in durable boxes and packaged with layers of foam cushioning to protect the bottles. The option of choosing insurance on the package falls on the customer. Orders that include original packaging from the manufacturer or contain irregular-shaped bottles may be packed differently, but securely in CleverWineOnline sound business judgment.

During times of bad weather (extreme heat, snow storm etc.), you are responsible for notifying CleverWineOnline of any special request to hold and postpone your order. CleverWineOnline will not be responsible for any damages whatsoever due to the weather or climate conditions during shipment.

We do not guarantee the quality of the wine in the bottles. Wine, especially older wine, is susceptible to age, spoilage, and heat damage. All the wine has been properly stored in our cellar but we cannot guarantee the quality of older vintages. Spoilage due to weather conditions is NOT covered by any insurance and buyer assumes all risk.
